1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms apply to every visitor of www.ictbusinessacademy.com and every student enrolled on an ICT Business Academy course. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms at any time; the version published on this page applies to you.

3. Our Courses & Information Accuracy

We make every effort to describe our courses accurately, including content, duration, fees and delivery format. Course information is provided for guidance only and may be updated to reflect industry changes, regulatory requirements or teaching improvements.

• All courses are delivered live online with recorded sessions where stated.
• Course schedules, timetables and content may be adjusted from time to time; we will notify enrolled students of material changes in advance where possible.
• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may be revised for future intakes. Your fees are confirmed at the time of enrolment.

4. Enrolment & Admission

Enrolment is completed through our admission process, either via the admission form on our website or with the support of our admissions team.

• You must be aged 16 or over to enrol on our courses.
• All information you provide must be accurate and truthful.
• We reserve the right to decline an application or withdraw an enrolment in cases of misrepresentation, non-payment or breach of these Terms.
• Your place on a course is confirmed once your enrolment is accepted and your fees are due and payable in accordance with your fee plan.

5. Fees & Payment

Course fees are payable in British Pounds (GBP). Payment terms, including any instalment arrangements, are confirmed at enrolment.

• Fees must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice or fee plan.
• Late payments may attract a surcharge, as notified at enrolment.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of course access and withholding of academic records and certificates.
• Certificates will only be issued once your fees have been settled in full.

6. Course Access & Use

When you enrol, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials, live sessions and recorded content for your own study.

• You must not share your login details or course materials with any third party.
• Recording, reproducing or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited.
• Course access may be suspended if these Terms are breached or fees are overdue.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Your statutory right to cancel and request a refund is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment — unless your course access has already started. 8. Certificates & Academic Records

Upon successful completion of a course and full payment of fees, you will receive a certificate of completion from ICT Business Academy. Certificates may be withheld pending fee clearance or until all course requirements are satisfied.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, website text, graphics, logos and recordings are the intellectual property of ICT Business Academy Limited or its licensors. You may use them solely for your personal study.

• You may not copy, sell, publish or commercially exploit any course material.
• You may not use our name, logo or materials to imply endorsement without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use & Student Conduct

You agree to behave professionally and respectfully in live classes, group discussions and all communications with our team. We reserve the right to exclude a student from live sessions in cases of abusive, disruptive or unlawful behaviour, without prejudice to any fees paid.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with your use of the website or enrolment on a course is limited to the fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or opportunity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of our website or courses after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
